At Direct Comms we have completed many installation projects for clients of all sizes and in all industry sectors, not only here in Lancashire but across the entire UK. Please see below some of our telecommunication case studies of more recent completed projects and the benefits our customers received.
What our clients say
Direct Comms took over our ISDN30 & Analogue services in early 2017, and in December we decided to install a new dedicated leased line connection that DC arranged on our behalf. Each of these moves ran smoothly and without hiccup. Reassuringly, we tend to deal with the same people at DC and so when there is a need to communicate we are dealing with someone already familiar with the set up and the type of services being provided. Knowing how difficult it can be to change provider I’m impressed at how smoothly this has run and would have no hesitation recommending DC to any company reviewing their Telecom and Network needs.

I would like to thank and recommend all the team at Direct Comms they made our move to new offices a smooth and pain free experience. Not being very ‘Tech’ , they held our hand through the whole process and continue to do so. We have used DirectComms for many years now and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for this kind of service.

“The OpenScape Business S system has enhanced our customer service levels because we can now distribute calls to our specialists and/or deal with peaks and high demands more effectively. Staff can also locate each other much more swiftly whether in or out of the office which had been difficult at times prior to the upgrade.”
