Configuration of the portal meant we could handle calls, creating a company over flow – If Site A doesn’t answer after 3 rings then Sites B,C&D will all ring as well.
Not only was Call Recording made available but also real time Call Statistics giving the Directors complete control of not only their company but also their staffs training.
