Following the refresh of the Roger Stewart Associates offices and the move to a new site in the Guisborough area, it had become obvious that a new communications solution was required along with call cost savings. After meeting with the Directors it was also pointed out that call handling/loss of calls was of a great concern and the ability to record calls would be useful.

dc-dashboardDirect Comms provided an all in one Hosted Internet solution, converging all 4 estate agents into 1 internet based business site.

Running the latest Cisco handsets for the end users and porting their ISDN lines along with DDI numbers onto the online portal cut monthly rental costs.

Configuration of the portal meant we could handle calls, creating a company over flow – If Site A doesn’t answer after 3 rings then Sites B,C&D will all ring as well.

Not only was Call Recording made available but also real time Call Statistics giving the Directors complete control of not only their company but also their staffs training.
