Direct Comms installed a phone system at my new cafe (OK, just the one line!)
Right from the start Mike was helpful and professional, he viewed my premises and clearly explained the options and advised the best solution. He then emailed me the costs, left these with me and then didn’t pester me to sign up as other companies do.
A new line was installed on the date agreed followed by my broadband/wifi . The engineer even then installed my new card payment reader for me.
Mike went one step further when I explained that my music system wouldn’t work, he went out and purchased the correct player for me and installed it.
